A truly exceptional dining experience at J. Alexander’s Holdings is provided by service professionals capable of delivering high quality menu items with a sense of professionalism and true hospitality. From Food Prep to Front Desk Attendant, all back-of-house and front-of-house roles impact every dining experience. It takes the right team to craft a seamless dining experience for our guests.
A completed application can be submitted at your particular restaurant of interest. Applications are accepted between 2 and 4 p.m., Monday through Friday.
J. Alexander’s Holdings leaders are hospitable, intense and professional. An attention to the minutiae is a must because every detail contributes to the delivery of seamless service and impeccable food. Those who lead at J. Alexander’s Holdings must possess a sense of sincerity because this is characteristic of a “guest service” leader.
Our managers must also be chef-driven since our restaurants employ skilled culinary teams trained to execute from-scratch products in high volume. This does not mean that every new leader must have prior kitchen management experience but it does imply that anyone joining the Company must possess a genuine interest in learning culinary operations. Full-service restaurant experience is a requirement for consideration. A college degree or culinary degree is preferred. Relocation flexibility will contribute to the success of a J. Alexander’s Holdings leader.
